I have over ten years of operational/process-focused management including business process alignment. I have supported and represented the needs of businesses for twenty divisions in thirty-four markets across the US. I have also led software projects in Canada, Italy, three offices in Germany, and supported my team members projects in Rome, Budapest, Amsterdam, and Hungary. In a former life, I spent many years working for a non-profit that serves individuals with developmental and physical disabilities and frequently dually diagnosed with mental and emotional challenges. I work closely with management and end-users to understand the business and their needs. I research, create surveys, conduct interviews and analyze data and gain insights to offer actionable plans. I offer my services for any software project as a team member in various capacities.

Worked with the business community to Implement software improvements to Creatio CRM and processes across the organization to continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness. Conducted process analysis to identify and capitalize on opportunities for operational enhancements. Analyzed data to detect trends and pinpointed areas for improvement or corrective action. Worked diligently to accelerate and facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies. Liaised with the executive team and business stakeholders to drive short/long-term operational efficiencies through Creatio. Contracted to Ryland Homes as Region Consultant, "North-Central Region," (Seven Divisions with approximately 20 communities each), to oversee the conversion, validation, implementation and training of their Nationwide Client Relationship Management, ("CRM") Onyx system.

  • Provided analysis and feasibility of project success; findings resulted in halting the project Nation-wide to enhance the software, re-prioritize those enhancements, and reimagined project ownership as a partnership between IT and the business community.
